This is an agreement between you and JSR Heating and Cooling providing for scheduled inspections and maintenance of your heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system (HVAC). Generally speaking, PMA’s should be scheduled semi-annually. Normally a fall and spring inspection will consist of our certified technicians thoroughly going over your entire HVAC system to be certain that is ready for the upcoming season. These inspections are proactive and can prevent system failure during the season, insure economic savings on utility bills, keep your system running at peak efficiency, and aid in stopping system failures in the dead of winter or the heat of summer. These scheduled inspections can also aid in extending the service life of your HVAC system.
